This heavy-duty plastic display pallet is made entirely from PO plastic and features a nestable design, making it an efficient and cost-effective solution for transport and storage. With dimensions of 800x600x130mm, this pallet is built with 6 legs and an open top deck, offering strength without unnecessary weight.
The pallet has an impressive dynamic load capacity of 1000kg and a static load capacity of 2500kg, making it ideal for heavy loads in compact spaces. Designed for nesting, the pallet has a nestable height of just 55mm, allowing for significant space and cost savings in logistics.
The 5mm raised edge on the top deck keeps products securely in place, and 80 pallets can be stacked on a single 1200x800mm pallet footprint with a total stack height of 1800mm. This means up to 2640 pallets can fit in a single trailer.
